Sime darby walk in-interview...ohoh..ramai gile orang pergi legend hotel semalam...semalam aku n pojie gerak kul 8 kot...tu pon da jem gile...leen and umi jugak pegi...tp diorg nek kete..tu pon da bersesak ngan jem di highway..haha..okeyh..let me story from the first we enter the hotel la ok...

first, when we arrived at the legend hotel, we enter and pojie fill in the form...me? teman aje...eheh..aritu nye result pon tak kuar lagi..so tunggu je la....mase pojie ngah mengisi borang, nas and wife die sampai..sime darby call suh g if die nak tukar division..so die dtg la jugak..haha....so many people...the funniest thing is, org yang ade master and age more than 27 pon dtg tau...ya of course they can apply. but the requirement said only degree holder and 27 and below plus 2.5 and above...but i thing, it`s ok what to try....so waiting until 10 pm, fauzi names were called...so we go to the upstair. wah..jem gile ngan manusia tau...nasib baik aircond..huhu....then umi`s name followed by Leen`s name..but actually, Leen is specail cases...

ramai gile...nie pon ade org beratur tunggu kat luar tau...penuh sgt....ade skali tu, ade budak da di panggil name sampai 10 kali...tak muncul2..maybe die da bla kot..lame menunggu.haha..adat la kan kan

let me story about Leen..Leen and umie sampai kul 8 lebey and isi borang...dpt suh g tgkt atas kul 10 lebeyh...lambat gile kan kan..so many..so sabar jela kan..tpi mase da dekt kul 12 tu, puan HR tu called sesape yang dtg awal gile tapi tak di panggil name...so Leen pon pegi la kan...tau tak Puan HR tu ckp pe? die mintak maaf, sebenarnye, bahagian electrical da cukup kota(betoi ke eje nie?)..so sesape yang g interview hari ni yang bahagian electrical, akan di KIV...so maybe result kat PNB Darby Park Aritu tak setle lagi kan...so ade sorg tu ty...leh balik la nie...die kate terpulang...so when i read again the notice, ya the electrical did not mention in that requirement...but its ok. like i said, beter try...it is for our comunication skill to face the people who are in the big company...mereke kan sgt banyak kerenah...al maklum...diorg mesti nak perfect kan...so Leen try juga...so pojie dpt masuk bilik interview dlam 220 ptg....lame kan kan...then umi...leen dpt lewat sket..sekejap gile diorg interview..sume nye soalan direct..haha...dlm 10 menet jek...ok la tu kan...diorg pon nak cepat..if im not mistaken la, people who are in electrical aroun 60 something...tapi mase kitorg nak balik..still ramai kat bawah..huhuh..ramai gile oo...

muke menunggu..ni muke after da melantak Mcd murah...ngantoks..ngehngeh...

so basically, untuk walk-in interview, we need to express my self la...because what, diorg akan tgk korg macam diorg jatuh cinta pandang pertama...maksud die, bukan jatuh cinta ngan korg..cume jatuh cinta ngan personality korang dan comunication skill korg. betoi ape aku ckp, sebab nye dr ape yang umi cite, die HR yang interview diorg, ingat lagi name nas and ingat lagi pojie sebab nye diorg wat project pasal GIS. so sime darby really need who know how to used GIS...so dr situ kite tau la, diorg akan ingat korg betoi tak...bukan la kate mase interview yang di panggi tu tak ingat...cume saingan la..kite sepatut nye ade comunication skill yang bagus dan personaliti yang menarik...

masalah utama aku ade lah, comunication skill..bukan kate aku tak reti bercakap...tp nak impress org sgt la susah..ini lah perkare yang aku n pojie bincang kan dr abis interview sampaila ke mid..dan jugak balik..haha.....we need to do something la to improved our skill to impress people...
